Alevenio, trading as Avorie, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our registered address is S.H Plaza, 90/91 Nazimuddin Road, Chawkbazar, Ward 27, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and we operate under trade license TRAD/DSCC/002479/2026. 2. Information we collect

Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, and anything you write in a contact or order note.
Order information: the products you buy, order value, delivery status and returns history.
Account information: your login credentials, stored in encrypted form, and saved addresses.
Payment information: processed directly by our payment gateway. We receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded and a transaction reference — we never receive or store your full card number, PIN or wallet credentials.
Technical information: device type, browser, IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and secure.

To process, deliver and invoice your orders
To contact you about an order, a return or a delivery problem
To operate your account and show your order history
To prevent fraud and verify suspicious transactions
To send marketing messages where you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to run the business:

Payment gateway: SSLCOMMERZ (Software Shop Limited) processes online payments and refunds, and may require verification documents in cases of suspected fraud.
Courier partners: receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can deliver your order.
Service providers: hosting, email delivery and analytics providers who process data on our instructions.
Authorities: where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your shopping bag, and understand how the site is used. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site — including checkout — may stop working correctly if you do.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by Bangladeshi tax and accounting rules. Account information is kept while your account is active. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

The site is served over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment gateway. No system is completely secure, but we take these safeguards seriously and review them regularly.

Ask us to delete your account and data, where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
